I am a young Christian professional who is seeking a female roommate beginning March 1st, 2022, but could be available in February. Condo is located in a quiet Rancho Santa Margarita neighborhood walking distance from many stores/restaurants and a beautiful lake. Rent would be approximately $1,200 and would include your own (unfurnished) bedroom, bathroom, in-unit laundry, parking, and access to a pool/spa. Smoke-free, drug-free, pet-free home. Utilities would be split in half.
