Looking for a Roomate - Lease Renewal

Hello! My current roommate (my brother) is moving out, so I’m looking for someone to take over his half of the lease when it renews on January 28th, 2026. FYI it is a 9-month contract. This is a two-bedroom - 1 bathroom apartment. Just a heads up, some of the furniture will be gone since we split everything, so it won’t look exactly the same when you move in. There are pictures of the apartment and a video of the room you’d stay in!

💰 Rent & Utilities
- Current rent: $2,670/month.
- Website is showing this layout at around $2,980/month, so it may adjust when we renew
- Your share of rent would be $1350- $1490 depending on the renewed rent price
- Utilities usually come out to about $200/month total, we split this evenly.

🏡 About the Apartment
Located in Park West Apartments in Irvine—quiet, safe, and super convenient. About 6 minutes away from UCI. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and a great space for someone who wants a calm place to come home to. I don’t have many people over, but I’m totally fine with guests. They’re welcome to visit or stay the night—I just prefer that long-term stays don’t become a regular thing, so the space still feels balanced for both of us.

I’m looking for a working professional or recent college grad who’s mature, respectful, and easy to live with. Someone who communicates well, keeps shared spaces clean, and treats the home like a chill, shared space.

I am 24 years old, and I work as an Electrical Distribution Planner. I work a hybrid remote job, so I am in office a couple times a week! I play slow-pitch softball, and keep a pretty active lifestyle. Next year is a big travel year for me, so I may be gone more often than not! I’m friendly and easygoing, and I really value a peaceful environment.
