Hello 👋🏻 My husband and I are seeking a roommate for our condo near Moulton and Rancho Niguel, in Laguna Niguel. The room is approximately 10x10 with a detached private bathroom. We are looking for a non-smoking, easygoing, clean, working professional or college student who will treat our home with respect.

•Note: The room has a unique corner layout with double doors, which makes the shape a bit irregular but still functional and comfortable
