Room for Rent

The Rent is $1,600 due at the beginning of the Month and the deposit is $1,600 (no pets as I already have a cat). The Rent includes all utilities and internet services. A small adjustment may be made if excessive use of air conditioning is used for example during the summer. Must be willing to sign a roommate agreement with the leasing office and they will be running a credit check $25.
The location is close to the Irvine Spectrum, and Jamboree marketplace.
The room is in the Portola Place Apartment Homes complex in Portola Springs.
You would have your own private room and bathroom. The room can be furnished with a twin or Queen size bed, mini fridge, and desk. You would have access to all common areas in the apartment (living room, kitchen, washer & dryer) and a parking pass.
The building's community amenities include Several BBQ areas near the grass areas and pool, Central Pool with a hot tub, a Fitness room, an internet lounge, and Clubhouse. On the outskirts of the building, you would have access to the tennis courts and basketball courts. Within walking distance, there are 4 community parks as well.
About Me: I am a single parent. I work from home Monday through Friday, and we have a cat (hence no other pets.) We are chill, but kids like to have fun. We are also crafty people and love to make things.
About you: Age doesn’t matter if you respect the home and are responsible. Having a guest over is cool so long as you remember that it’s a family home. Smoking is not permitted on the premises, but I have seen others smoke outside of the building on the sidewalk.
