Hey there! My partner and I are looking for someone to move into the second bedroom with a dedicated bathroom and share our large (1,100sqft ish) 2bed / 2 bath apartment in the Platinum Triangle neighborhood in Anaheim. Shared dining room, kitchen, living room, outdoor patio, in-unit laundry room, entryway and extra closet storage.

The room is very spacious, and has a huge walk-in closet, plus you’d have a bathroom right outside in the hall.

The apartment has:

It’s a great central OC location about 7 min to Chapman, 10 min to CSUF, 10 min to Disney, 10 min to the Amtrak, 20 min to John Wayne Airport, and 25 min to the beach! The immediate neighborhood is pretty walkable with parks, restaurants (Panera, Chipotle, Starbucks, Dave’s hot chicken, etc) and convenience stores. It’s right by Angel Stadium, Honda Center, ARTIC, the Gardenwalk, and Downtown Disney, so it’s a really convenient and fun area.

We’re very welcoming and excited to share the space!! We’re both in our early/mid-20s, work/study in Orange County, and are pretty easygoing. We also have cats, so in addition to being comfortable with that, your pets are also welcome for $50/month!

We intend to stay here for at least another 1-2 years, but are open to shorter stays as well! We’re also happy to transfer the lease eventually if that’s how it works out.
