Hi all,
I’m looking for a roommate (male or female) to lease a guest bedroom in my townhouse. The room includes its own private bathroom, closet space, and is located on the mainfloor of the house.

Details:
* Location: Centrally located in the City of Orange, near Tustin, the 55, 22, and 5 freeways — between Foothill High School and Chapman Ave (ZIP 92869)
* Rent: $1,200/month + utilities (split 4 ways; average ~$85/person per month)
* Amenities: On-site laundry, community pool, and jacuzzi
* Move-in: As early as August 1st
* Lease: 6-month term, then month-to-month
* Security Deposit: $800

About the Household:
You’d be living with myself (32-year-old male), my brother (34), and his 4-year-old son who stays with us 2–3 nights a week. We’re active, easygoing, occasionally go out and have some friends over, and are respectful. Pretty standard household rules and we’re looking for someone similar: clean, organized, reliable, and considerate of shared spaces.

Additional Info:
* No couples, no pets, no smoking, no trade-outs
* Room is not furnished
* There’s one cat in the home (mostly stays in one room)
