Looking for One other person to share my 2 story townhome in quiet small gated community with pool/jacuzzi and tennis court. In East Orange nestled in the hills Near241/261 Toll rd and Peter’s Canyon. Large room with vaulted ceilings, queen size bed, private bath and walk-in closet. Driveway parking.
I have a unique 2bd suite for someone looking for more space than a single room. One room for your bedroom and an additional room as a private tv room/den plus office space. The two rooms have a bathroom in between for just you. It is more than enough space for one person but I’m not looking for 2 to share it. No couples. I already have one other part time male roommate who is only here M-F evenings.
The only one you would have to share the den with is my 14 lb ChiPomDoodle who needs access during the day for his neighborhood watch job. He rarely barks mostly sleeps. Sorry No Cats.
I would love to have a fellow dog mom with one small friendly dog to be his companion and who would be willing to swap dog duties.
I live near many parks and trails so anyone who is willing to join me for hikes or walks would also be great.
I would like someone who is somewhat social. There is plenty of room for privacy when needed but there is no need to hide out. Full kitchen/laundry privileges and access to backyard bbq and outdoor lounge area.
Would like to do 1-3 month trial period to see if a good fit and go from there.
