Clean, quiet, furnished private bedroom with a private hall bathroom in a shared standalone home in Orange, near CHOC, St. Joseph Hospital, Chapman University, Old Towne Orange, and the 5, 22, and 57 freeways. It is just you and me living here, two people; the other room is my office.

The room is approximately 175 sq. ft. plus closet space and includes a queen bed, TV, mirror, dresser, and nightstand. A vintage armoire is available if desired. Your private bathroom includes a tub/shower.

Your car would have a guaranteed space in the enclosed two-car garage. The home also includes washer/dryer access, a shared kitchen and common areas, a small fenced backyard, and available garage storage. An EV charging hookup is available, with electricity billed based on use.

This is a clean, quiet, respectful home. I keep a tidy house and respect your need for privacy and sleep. I am non-smoking/vaping, drug-free, and alcohol-free. More of a spinach and kale guy. What you do in the backyard is your business. When I am not working, I am at the gym, riding my mountain bike, or dancing with my girlfriend. I am a stock-market guy, with eight screens serving up charts and data. Prior renters, male and female, can confirm that I am respectful, clean, and normal.

Guest privileges are welcome with respect for the shared living environment. Reasonable laundry use is included. Pets are considered case-by-case.

Rent is $1,495 per month. The security deposit is $1,500. Move-in cost is the first month's rent plus the security deposit. Utilities are shared and internet is included. Three-month minimum stay. The final applicant will be subject to credit, background, and income verification.
