I’m looking for a chill, professional roommate to share a comfortable house just 1 mile from the Orange Circle and very close to Chapman University. The neighborhood is quiet but still an easy walk to restaurants, cafés, and everything downtown Orange has going on. The house has a gym, a large backyard, a nice patio area, in‑unit washer and dryer, a full kitchen, dining room, fast WiFi, garage, and driveway parking. The room comes with a shared bathroom, and utilities are separate from rent. Pets are allowed with an additional pet deposit. Guests are totally fine, but no parties. I like to keep the house a relaxed place to come home to. Ideally, I’m looking for someone easygoing, respectful, and professional who enjoys low‑key weekends and a chill living environment.
