Shared basement, but private room

Room is small and cozy. Cant use fireplace sorry. Its in a basment that is split in 2 rooms. Ill be in the other room and put up a curtain where that door opening is. The other room is the entrance, I plan on buying dressing room walls so youll basically never see me, and have a little hallyway to your room. Room will be completely emptied by Oct 1st. Im 28 and keep to myself. Bathroom, kitchen and laundry is upstairs and shared with a small family. But I rarely ever see them and have never had a problem sharing the space. Plenty of street parking. We did have a small dog, thats up to you if you want to negotiate anything like that with the landlord. Message me if interested.
