Ensuite Bedroom available in Apt

Orange Plaza Apartments Perfect room for a young professional! The room has an ensuite bathroom and a medium sized walk in closet. The bathroom has the sink/vanity outside the door and inside the door is the toilet and shower. No tub. There’s one large window in the room that faces west. The living room has a large pullout couch, a large rug, a little reading area that has two chairs, a mounted TV, and a small coffee table. The kitchen has a refrigerator with the top being a freezer. I also have a large pantry and lots of cabinets. I have lots of dinnerware, drinkware, and flatware, utensils, and all things kitchen related, so no need to buy any of those! Apartment is on the first floor next to the street entrance walkway. We have a mailbox for paper mail right next to our apartment and most packages will be delivered right to our door. Apartment is right in front of the pool and the laundry room is on the other side of the pool. Laundry is done through the app or you can pay by scanning the QR code inside! 3 washers and 3 dryers for our plaza. There’s 4 different plazas and each has their own laundry facilities, pool, etc. We have nice neighbors and there’s not a whole lot of noise. You’ll hear kids playing in the pool since it’s the summer, but other than that, nothing too loud or concerning. Elote man/woman come by on weekends and some weeknights if you’re ever wanting a treat! The apartment manager is super sweet and always helpful. There’s rent due on the 15th of every month and then internet, gas, & electricity. I would say bills come out to $100 per person every month but it’s probably a little less than that. Water, trash, and sewage is paid by the apartment complex! The maintenance man is super nice, friendly, and respectful! We have one parking spot/garage to share. One person will park in the garage and the other will park on the street or across the way by the driving range (5 minute walk). I would like to do a parking schedule with alternating who takes the garage space every other week as well so it’s fair.
