Looking for a housemate to fill a private room in Orange, CA starting August 1st with the current lease ending July 2027! Right off Chapman Ave, close by to Olde Town and Chapman University. 10 minute drive to Disneyland.

House has in-unit laundry, kitchen, backyard, living room with large TV (the one pictured was upgraded!)

Your bathroom wouldn't be en-suite, but me and my partner share the one in the master bathroom, so you'd essentially have it to yourself most of the time!

About us: I'm a Tour Manager/Audio Engineer who loves music and video games. My partner is a doctor at CHOC, super into Dungeons & Dragons, 3D printing, and painting. We have a pup named Fennel who loves getting pet and knows tricks!

Room would be $1600 total (utilities included) and $1600 security deposit.
