Room #1 Master Bedroom with private bathroom, single occupancy (11x15ft) with large closet and parking available in the back of the duplex. Rent $1,242 per month, plus security deposit of $700.
Room #2 is (10x12ft) shared bathroom and a male is preferred for this room. Rent $980 per month, plus security deposit of $600.
Great location! Close to 57, 55, and 91 freeways with ample parking. Utilities (electricity, gas, and internet) will be split three ways. Tenants will have full use of kitchen, living room area, and patio. Newly remodeled flooring with spacious backyard and washer and dryer located inside the unit.
