My partner and I are looking for 2 people to each take a bedroom in a 3 bed/2 bath apartment unit. Both roommates will share one large bathroom. Both rooms are unfurnished. We will be furnishing all common areas.

Each room's rent will be $1500 per month, before utilities. Utilities will be split between the four of us, and may vary from $100-350 mark>per month. I will not accept any negotiations on price.

The complex is located in Old Towne Orange. It is a luxury complex with included amenities such as keyless entry, pool, spa, coworking spaces, private gym etc. Two covered parking spots are included with this unit, but we will be taking one of them. Street parking is plentiful, however.

My partner and I will be signing a 14 month lease soon. You must commit to staying throughout the entire/majority of the lease term.

What we're looking for: Two respectful individuals that are comfortable living in a LGBTQ+ household. No gender preference. You must clean up after yourself in shared areas. You must have a stable income. But most importantly, you must value a relatively quiet, drama-free home.

About us: I am a biology PhD student and my partner is works full-time in corporate. Outside of work, we run several small businesses and value going to the gym and being consistently active. We also enjoy decorating, and strive to keep our home looking spotless and high-end.

What we don't want: No tobacco smoking. No parties or hosting large gatherings in the unit. No regular overnight guests allowed, a few times a year is okay. No dogs allowed. We may consider one cat, but it must stay primarily in the bedroom and be well-disciplined. If the complex discovers the cat, you will be fully responsible for paying the pet deposit and monthly pet rent.
