Room Close to Chapman University & Orange Circle

20 ft long and 13 feet wide, not including the bathroom and the closet. The bathroom is small with a shower(no bathtub) and one sink. This master bedroom is for one to 2 people only. Even though it can fit more because it's a 5-bedroom house, we don't want there to be more than 2 roommates per room. We've had a family of 4 live in there, and it was just too loud. This place would be ideal for a single parent or college student. It can fit multiple beds, dressers, and nightstands. Everyone pitches in for trash bags for the house. No dogs, but cats are OK. No guests. This is a friendly environment, so there is no cussing or heavy drinking in common areas. NO DRUGS! Utilities are split 5 ways . Your portion may be as little as 25$ , depending on how much is used. The average is about 75$, but summer months can be as high as 125$. Just be mindful of turning off lights, and when you cook/wash, and the utilities won't be high. Full kitchen and laundry privileges. The house is quiet between 10:30 pm and 6:00 am. No heavy cooking, laundry, or hanging out in the living room between THOSE hours, so as to be respectful to others who wake up early to go to work. Everyone is busy working for the most part, so the house is usually quiet. There are 2 cats in the house. You are expected to keep your room clean and wash your dishes within a couple of days. That includes putting them away. You are expected to have a bedbug cover on your mattress and box spring. Do not bring roaches in with your furniture if your old location was infested. For preventative measures, I do PAY for Orkin pest control to come by and spray and inspect the house regularly, so they will need access to your room every once in a while. All roommates are notified in advance so arrangements can be made to leave the house. We typically put the cats in the garage when they spray- it's usually for an hour. I do need to see proof of income for the past 3 months. The current roommate has lived there for over 10 years, so I don't have any updated photos of the room yet, but I posted old ones for now. I'll be updating this post once I clean and paint the room tomorrow.
