Roommate is moving out after this month and my gf isn’t ready to move in so here I am. Need a roommate to help with the rent in a 2 bedroom townhouse. Room unfurnished and about 9x10. You would have your own detached bathroom adjacent to it. The rest of the house itself is already furnished for the most part. I’m a firefighter so my work schedule is a bit chaotic at times and I spend multiple days in a row at work so ideally someone with a similar career and lifestyle is preferred but I’ll keep an open mind. The lease I’m probably signing is 7 months and I don’t think management will have an issue adding someone to it considering it’ll be expensive to take on alone. I’ll send photos if I’m seriously considering you but trust me, this place is solid for the price.
