I have a furnished room in Orange, CA. Month to Month lease.

-I have a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in the city of Orange, located in Orange County. Professionally sanitized with high vaulted ceilings and is an end-unit, very quiet. It has AC/heating, BBQ, coffee bar, 83” TV with Netflix; there is a voice activated Google in the kitchen for music/recipes. Desktop computer and printer if needed. There are individual locks for privacy for bedroom door (digital). There is on-site coin laundry. All kitchen appliances as well. Plenty of fridge/freezer space.
-I live there also but I work at various hospitals & am home typically in evenings.
You would have access to all amenities, use of everything inside the condo as well.
-The available room is furnished with a queen sized bed, new comforter & sheets, dresser, nightstand, and walk-in closet. The bedframe is elevated for under the bed storage, and there are blackout curtains. (For night shift RN’s or grad school students studying late at night I also have eye covers and earplugs for optimal sleep quality during the day but the whole condo is very quiet). The bathroom is not joined to the bedroom, but it is directly next to the room. The bathroom is completely remodeled right now, rain shower and custom tile. Laundry is available at the condo complex.

Directly across the street to CHOC and St Joseph hospital (Walking approximately 5-7 minutes to cross 2 streets). 1 mile from Chapman college. The condo complex has security which patrols, 2 pools (1 for adults & jacuzzi, 1 for kids). Located 1 mile from Old Town Orange’ aka The Circle; 2 miles from Angel Stadium & Honda Center; Disneyland is 4 miles away; Newport Beach & Huntington Beach is Approx 20 minutes drive. Grocery stores, mall, and parks are all close by as well. The location is adjacent to multiple freeways (5, 22, 57, 405).
