Hello,
I am renting a 1 bedroom / 1 bath. This home is 3000 sq. ft. It is located in the Orange Hills near Newport Ave. / Chapman Ave. It's a very quiet street with parking always available. It's an equestrian area. There is hiking very close by and a Tennis Court / Pickle Ball court. The house has inside Laundry. The room available is 14' X 15' so you can fit a large bed and two night stands. You will have access to the main living areas such as Kit, Family Room, Laundry. There is plenty of parking on the street...no issues with finding parking.
It is a professional environment. We work M-F and it's quiet most of the time. Looking for someone with similar career hours.
Proof of income, credit check and an application will be required. A deposit will be required.
Single occupancy only.
Female preference.
