This is a super clean, quiet and cozy private room with separate entrance and en suite private bathroom, private patio, no shared spaces. The space is professionally decorated in a fresh boho beach theme palette of grey, white and blue. The bedroom and attached bathroom have been remodeled, with new paint, new modern luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout and in the bathroom, new shaker cabinets with quartz countertops.

PRIVATE BEDROOM
Furnishings and amenities include a comfortable full size bed and a nightstand with three drawers and lamp with a USB port and an electric outlet. The bedroom has a large closet with plenty of space for hanging clothes and shelving for folded clothes. All bed and bath linens are provided. The window coverings are room darkening. The room has a sliding door with a screen to let in plenty of fresh air and sunshine.

PRIVATE BATHROOM
The private bedroom is connected to an en suite large full size bathroom with dual vanity sink, lots of countertop space and good storage space inside the cabinets. The bathroom has a window above the shower for ventilation, an exhaust fan and a ceiling heater you can turn on if you want to warm up the bathroom on a chilly day. A hair dryer and a magnifying make up mirror are provided for your convenience.

HOME OFFICE / DESK
For your work or study needs, there is a desk, a desk chair and a comfortable sitting area with a reading lamp.

INTERNET & TV
High speed secure wireless internet is included. There is a flatscreen wall mounted high definition TV with Amazon Fire Stick device for streaming your favorite shows. Simply log in to your account on Prime, Netflix, Hulu, etc.

PRIVATE PATIO
The space has a private patio that is accessed through a private locking gate, furnished with a bistro table and a market umbrella for shade from the sun. It's the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or enjoying some fresh air. The patio has a peek a boo view of the surrounding hills.

AC/HEATING
The property has central heating and air conditioning. The thermostat is kept between 70 and 72 degrees. The room has a ceiling fan with remote control for your comfort.

UTILITIES & PARKING
All utilities and free parking are included. Free parking is on the street in front of the house.

HOUSEKEEPING
Your stay will include complimentary once per month housekeeping, which includes a complete linen change. The housekeeper will remove and replace your bed and bath linens. You don't have to worry about washing your sheets and towels because we have that included for you.

LAUNDRY
A washer and dryer is not included, you may use a local laundromat or there are full service dry cleaners nearby that offer wash and fold services. Take the hassle out of doing laundry! There are full service wash and fold apps available in the local area that will pick up and deliver your laundry for free. A few of these services are HamperApp, LaundryButler and SuperSuds. There is an iron and ironing board in the room for your use if needed.

COOKING & DINING
There are several grocery stores and restaurants nearby for picking up healthy prepared meals, delivery services or eating out. Many delivery services are available such as InstaCart and DoorDash. There is an Albertsons Grocery, Vons Pavilions, Sprouts and a Trader Joe's within close proximity. For local produce and to buy directly from the grower, there is even a local farmers market nearby every Tuesday 9-1.

Cooking is not permitted, only use of provided microwave, coffee maker, small refrigerator, freezer. Use of disposable dish ware only please. Starter paper goods are provided such as paper plates, bowls, hot and cold cups, utensils.

We also provide a new yoga mat for your use, please take it with you as our gift.

Please note must agree to house rules including no pets, no overnight guests, no smoking inside or outside, no drugs, quiet hours, parking for one vehicle only.

If interested please inquire for application. A $40 fee applies for the application and credit report. Applications will require two months current proof of income (pay stubs), two months current bank statements and copy of ID. Renters Insurance required.

House Rules required.
1. No visitors or overnight guests.
2. Quiet Hours 10PM to 8AM.
3. Parking for maximum of one vehicle on the street. Except for street sweeping Thursdays 7am to 11am please park on the left side of the driveway. No electric or oversized vehicles.
4. No Smoking, no vaping, inside or outside.
5. No Drugs or weapons.
6. No Pets.
7. No Parties or Events.
8. Flameless Property Battery Operated Candles Only.
9. Routinely Empty Trash & Recycling in Bins Provided.
10. Turn off Lights & TV When Not in Use.
11. Notify us of any repair or maintenance needed so it can be promptly attended to.
12. Incoming Mail service is not included, may make arrangements to use nearby mail services such as UPS Store or US Post Office. Outgoing mail can be placed in the mailbox at the curb.
13. Laundry service is not included, laundromat, full service dry cleaner and laundry services are available nearby. Door to door Laundry apps offering pick up and delivery services such as HamperApp and SuperSuds are available for a small cost.
14. Cooking is not permitted, only use of provided microwave, coffee maker, small refrigerator/freezer. A Brita water system is provided for filtered water. Please only use disposable plastic or paper plates/utensils. A starter set of paper goods is provided for your convenience.
15. TV Streaming and use of the Amazon Alexa Echo; sign in will be with your Amazon account credentials or other services such as Netflix, Hulu, etc. for access.
16. High speed wi-fi service is included.
17. All utilities are included water, trash, gas, electric.
18. The property has central AC and heating; the thermostat is not in the room, but it is set between 68-72 degrees. There is a ceiling fan in the room for your comfort. There is a heater in the ceiling of the bathroom that can be turned on and off with a switch on the wall in the bathroom.
19. Complimentary Housekeeping is included two times per month. The housekeeper will change the bed and bath linens. If you need extra towels in between the housekeepers visit, please let us know we would be happy to give you more towels.
20. An exterior light on the patio is automatically on at dusk and off at dawn to make it easy to see after dark.
21. Tenant is required to have renters’ insurance.
