I will have one UNFURNISHED bedroom for rent starting around April. It is in a 2-bed, 2-bath, 1400-sq ft condo in the Oak Creek area of Irvine. I live there part-time in the master bedroom but am gone more than I am there. The room comes with an unattached, private, UNFURNISHED full bathroom. The common areas include a tv, media console/stand, coffee table, couch, washer, and dryer. There is also an attached, 2-car garage. Cost of utilities NOT included in rental price.

If you are in need of a room earlier than April, that can be negotiated.

UPDATED PHOTOS TO COME. The carpet has since been changed since the current photos were taken. The flooring in the bathroom has also been changed. Current photos were taken while a previous roommate was still living there.
