Furnished Bedroom

Seeking a full-time Professional and/or Student who works on-site and not from home. We are a family of four - 2 working professionals (one of whom works from home full-time) & 2 students (minors) - in a 3-bedroom apartment who value a clean, tidy and respectful living environment. Our home is well-maintained, and we strive to create a welcoming atmosphere. We’re looking for a tenant who shares similar values.

We are renting out our spare bedroom fully furnished. Included is a full-sized bed that has 4 extra large drawers underneath, a new mattress with a protective covering, a mini fridge & freezer, a floor lamp, a standing fan (optional), a bookshelf (optional) and a small side table (optional). The room may be rearranged to fit your personal needs but only the optional items listed above may be removed from the room. Please only bring clothes and necessary items. There isn't any space for cookware/dishes/food in main kitchen or common areas of the home. What you bring must fit in your room. You may bring a TV, TV stand and/or small desk if needed.

Located in Oak Creek - 1.2 miles from Irvine Valley College and 3.7 miles from UC Irvine. Conveniently within 1 mile of Starbucks, restaurants and grocery stores. Within 4 miles of The Irvine Spectrum.

Month-to-month with a 3 month minimum to start. A deposit of $625 plus first months rent of $1250 due at move-in.

**Price recently lowered for current outside balcony repairs anticipated to last about 8 weeks (Mon-Fri), weather permitting, with completion expected by mid-April.
