Furnished Bedroom

Located in a gated community, we are renting out our spare bedroom fully furnished. Ideal for a Student. We are a family of four - 3 adults and one minor - in a 3-bedroom apartment home who value a clean, tidy and respectful living environment. Our home is well-maintained, and we strive to create a welcoming atmosphere. We’re looking for a tenant who shares similar values.

Included in the room is a full-sized bed that has 4 extra large drawers underneath, a mattress with a protective covering, a mini fridge & freezer, a floor lamp, a standing fan (optional), a bookshelf (optional) and a small side table (optional). The room may be rearranged to fit your personal needs but only the optional items listed above may be removed from the room. You will also have a designated small cupboard and a drawer in the shared bathroom. Additionally, a small cupboard in the main kitchen may be provided should you need it, but there is no additional space in the common areas of the home. As such, what you bring must fit in your room and designated spaces. You may bring a TV, TV stand and/or small desk if needed.

Located in Oak Creek - 1.2 miles from Irvine Valley College and 3.7 miles from UC Irvine. Conveniently within 1 mile of Starbucks, restaurants and grocery stores. Within 4 miles of The Irvine Spectrum.

A background check will be performed for a fee of $39.95 and is non-negotiable.

A deposit of $550 plus first months rent due at move-in. A written agreement with all terms and conditions will be executed at time of move-in.

*Please note, the home entrance is located on ground level, but living quarters are on second level with only stair access (no elevators). About 15 stairs.

*We also enjoy celebrating holidays and do decorate for Halloween and Christmas so please only reach out if that is not a bother to you.
