Private room for rent in a large, furnished, gorgeous house in Northpark Square. The room has a private bathroom and a small closet. This can be furnished with a full size bed or not. The room is on the first floor with no other rooms nearby and with full access to the living room / family room / dining room, kitchen, backyard, and garage. The room includes access to two refrigerators with one being designated to the occupants of this room. Some food may be included. The laundry room is equipped with a new washer and dryer and is accessible on the second floor. All utilities with the fastest internet (and ethernet access in the room) are included. Cleaning service of the whole house and this room (if desired) is included too. The house is across the street from Beckman High School and within walking distance (8 houses away) to the olympic size community pool, playground, basketball courts, and open field. We are in a prime location, within 5 minute access to the 5 freeway, 261 Tolll Road, Tustin Marketplace, and Northpark Plaza. The house is occupied by a family with large children who are very respectful, play multiple sports, engage in many social activities, and love to stay busy outdoors. NO smoking or vaping anything, NO drinking parties or multiple overnight guests. There is one small, very friendly dog who likes to stay outdoors; she sleeps in the garage, and comes indoors sometimes upon her discretion.
