I live in a 3 bed/2 bathroom house close to the Tustin Marketplace, TraderJoe’s, 55 and 5. I have one open room, unfurnished with a large unattached shared bathroom with another female tenant. Prices negotiable. I might be willing to open up the room with the private bath for the right price. There is a spacious front yard and backyard. There is an unattached garage that is mainly used for storage (yours too). Very walkable, quiet area. There is a Peloton for your use as well all kitchen, living room and laundry needs.

About me:
I work the M-F 9-5 and a full time student. I do have a dog, a 4 year old blue heeler, so that will be the major thing to figure out if this will work! I like to bbq, watch tv, and garden in my down time at home.
