I'm renting a really nice house in North Tustin. I have two rooms ready to rent immediately! The most important thing to me is that the roommates be relatively clean, responsible, and able to live comfortably with me and the other tenants. Washer / drier in unit, one refrigerator now but thinking about getting a second or at least a mini fridge, guaranteed parking either in driveway or right in front of the house on the street, lots of storage space, nice backyard, safe neighborhood, easy access to highways, very close to John Wayne Airport, flexible month to month lease with the potential to live here as long as you want to.

I'm 40/m and the other guy is in his mid 20s. He moved in off of this site but now we're pretty good friends and do a podcast together. We're both pretty easy going and relatively clean people.
