Seeking a professional female roommate to share a beautiful, 1,375 sq. ft. residence in one of Newport Coast’s premier gated communities. This is a serene, high-vibe home perfect for someone who values a clean, quiet, and secure living environment.
The Space
• Your Private Suite: A spacious, sun-filled bedroom with a large closet and your own private (non-master) bathroom.
• Amenities: Access to a resort-style pool, a fully equipped gym, a gated dog park, and 24/7 community security.
• Parking: Reserved tandem garage space included, plus plenty of street and guest parking.
• The Vibe: Fully furnished common areas with a focus on comfort and style.
The Lifestyle
I am a financial professional and a single parent to a sweet toddler. We also have a friendly Ragdoll cat. To maintain the balance of the home, I am looking for:
• A Fellow Professional Female: Reliability and clear communication are key.
• A Quiet Sanctuary: This is a peaceful household. No parties, no smoking, and no overnight male guests.
• No Pets/Additional Children: To keep the environment manageable for everyone, I am not able to accommodate additional pets or children at this time.
Lease & Financials
• $1,950/Month (All-Inclusive): This flat rate covers everything—high-speed internet, premium streaming services (Netflix/HBO), and all utilities (gas, water, trash, electric). No more chasing bills!
• Term: 9 months remaining on the current lease (through December 2026), with a high probability of a long-term annual extension for the right fit.
• Irvine Company Compliance: The successful applicant must be added to the lease. This requires an application through the leasing office, including a credit check (typically 670+) and standard income verification.
