Hi there, I'm looking for a responsible, clean male or female roommate to share this apartment with. Have lived here over 6 years & love this amazing apartment community. It’s super quiet, relaxed & wonderful neighbors.

Ideally looking for someone stable, who picks up after themselves and no drugs, or smoking. Also someone who is looking for a 12 month lease. I am pretty easygoing, professional in my early 40’s who is very active and loves to laugh.

The private bedroom (non-furnished) and bathroom (with granite counter top) available are both very spacious with tons of storage space and a walk in closet. The bedroom also has sliding glass doors that open directly onto the outside patio/deck.

Gated community-Beautiful Newport Ridge Apartment Homes are located across the street from the Newport Coast shopping center. Very quiet & safe with a nice neighborhood feel with super friendly people neighbors that have lived in the complex for years.

Full complex amenities include 2 pools, spas, fitness center, clubhouse and tons of outdoor BBQ areas throughout the complex.

Open to a single pet as I have a sweet multipool already & also no couples please.
