Private, unfurnished room in a 4 bed / 2 bath townhouse in West Newport Beach, about a 2-minute walk to the sand at 68th St and the River Jetties. We're on the inland side of PCH near Orange St. It's quieter than the Peninsula, and there's plenty of street parking.

The house has vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans, wood-look laminate floors, in-unit laundry, and a white kitchen with granite counters, stainless appliances and a gas range. The room shares a full bathroom with a tub/shower.

You'd be living with 3 easygoing guys who all work full time, so weeknights are pretty chill. We're looking for a respectful, tidy roommate who'll be a good fit.
