Looking to replace myself in month to month

Hey I’m looking for someone to replace me in my current month to month situation my roomate intends to stay until july and then potentially longer if his visa permits him too. The interests are of what he likes not myself. The room will be unfurnished but currently fits a king bed and furniture on each wall eg storage/sets of drawers with room to pass by each very comfortably. It is attached to the powder room and full bathroom. The area i refer to the poweder room as has 2 full height double door storage areas with mirrors for doors, the sink has storage underneath it and has a good sized, well lit vanity area to the left, once again with a full width mirror . The bathroom has a bath tub/shower and toilet within. The 2bd apartment is 1200+ sqft, with an open plan living room/dining room, a balcony, and a granite kitchen area.
