I’m relocating to the Bay Area for work and am looking for someone to take over my room in Newport Bay Terrace starting in July.

The home is in a fantastic location—minutes from Newport Beach, The Lab, The CAMP, OC Fairgrounds, Back Bay, grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants, with easy access to the 55, 73, and 405 freeways.

The room is bright and spacious, and the home is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. Rent is $1,400/month, and the move-in date is flexible in early July.

You’ll be living with one roommate, a 25-year-old professional who works in banking. He’s clean, respectful, easygoing, and keeps a relaxed home environment.

This would be a great fit for a young professional or graduate student looking for a comfortable place in a prime Newport/Costa Mesa location.
