Super safe / quite / interesting neighbors / fun hangout spots downtown / steps from the beach!

BAD: Shared bathroom / street parking / laundromat.

Yo. I'm Jason... looking for one clean and mindful roommate to rent a room on Balboa Island. (If you don't try and murder me in my sleep that's also definitely a plus.) Gay / straight / male / female / whatever / I'm potentially open to any kind of individual as long as it's a good fit for both of us. I'm super busy during the week so when I'm home I like to crash out in my room or read. At home I tend to keep to myself but can pretend to enjoy your company if you're not an absolute unit of a tool like my last roommate. I’m also kinda old but Im pretty sure I'm smarter than you and can beat you up so please have effective conversation skills in the rare instance of a non agreement. Despite my rugged good looks, intelligence and charm (and even though people are constantly asking me) I don't have many sleep overs (Ew). Looking forward to hearing from you but if I don't best of luck cause I'II probably find a better roommate than you anyway.
