The Room - Spacious master bedroom in a condo right above the Balboa Peninsula. Includes lots of closet space.

Bathroom - You’ll have your own private sink and vanity area with plenty of space for your morning routine. The toilet and shower are shared.

Laundry - Full size washer and dryer in unit (no shared laundry rooms!).

**Note - The photos show staging furniture to give you an idea of the layout. Walls are now white. Some common area furniture is already provided.

About Me
I’m a 28 year old professional. My routine is pretty consistent as I’m usually out of the house from 9:30 AM to 8 PM on weekdays. I’m clean, organized, and like to keep the home vibe chill and relaxing.

I’m a grab a beer and watch TV type of roommate, but I also value my own downtime. When I’m not working, I’m usually at the gym or golfing. I cook a few times a week but always make sure to clean up as I go.

Who I’m Looking For
I’m looking for another professional who is reliable, respectful, and keeps a similar clean as you go standard for the kitchen and living room.

Guests Occasional overnight guests are totally fine.

Noise I dont mind some sound or TV, but I prefer to keep things quiet late at night.
