This is an amazing apartment less than a 5 min walk from the beach. There is no downfalls to this place, remodeled and everything new, cheap rent, roommates are clean and respectful, landlord is fantastic, utilities are paid for (including internet), and there is a garage for extra storage. You will only pay the flat rent fee.

This is an opportunity you gotta jump on. The neighborhood is super friendly and fun. Coffee shops, restaurants, surf shops (Frog House) and not far from Peninsula bars. Perfect distance from the Peninsula, Costa Mesa, Huntington Beach, Irvine, and more. Sad to be leaving this amazing spot after 5 years. Looking for someone who is clean, respectful, friendly, and suits the same lifestyle as my current roommates.
