Hi, I'm Anna — a working professional with a 9-to-5 schedule looking for a clean, respectful roommate to share a beautiful apartment in one of Newport Beach's best communities.
A bit about the day-to-day:
I'm out most of the day, home in the evenings, and I keep the apartment tidy. The vibe here is calm and positive — I'm friendly but also value my own space, and I'll respect yours too. I love cooking, hiking the Back Bay trails nearby, and winding down with a good film or book. If you're looking for a peaceful, drama-free home base in Newport Beach, we'd probably get along well.
About the Room:
Medium-sized bedroom with a private bathroom directly across the hall — exclusively yours, not shared with me. The room has a lovely view and can come furnished (bed, mattress, desk, office chair, lamps — all in great condition) or completely cleared out. Your call.
You'll also have full access to the living room, patio, and kitchen.
The Kitchen:
Fully equipped and spacious — gas range, full-size fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, tons of counter space and cabinet storage. I also have a water dispenser in the living room that's free for you to use.

Someone clean, responsible, and easy to live with. I keep a quiet household so I'd love a roommate who's on a similar wavelength — no couples, no pets (I have a small fish 🐟). References are a plus but not required.
