Private Room with Bath in 3BR/3BA Townhome

I am a divorced mom with a 18 year old daughter. We have a 3BR/3BA townhome. I have a private room with its own bath on the first floor coming available January 2026. The home has a small deck with a grill and lounge chair. It also has a 2 car garage and one of the spaces is included as well as some storage in the garage. W/D in unit as well. It's a lovely quiet community. Rent is $1700 and includes all utilities (electricity, gas, water, garbage, wifi).
Seeking a professional female who is friendly but enjoys their own time and space. No smoking, no partying although if you want to have a couple of friends over for dinner and a movie feel free. Given I have a 18 year old daughter in the house no overnight male guests please (unless we are both away - we do travel a few times a year).


We have an almost 11 year old puggle dog. If you have a dog and they get along that’s a bonus! We can help each other out with pet sitting!
I work from home full time and have an office set up in the LR area.
