Hello! I’m a working professional and student looking for a female to rent the master bedroom with a private bathroom attached in Newport Beach, CA. I’ve lived in the apartment since July 2022. I’m a quiet individual and work in Newport. When I’m not working I’m typically studying, at the gym, or out with friends. I prefer to keep the apartment clean and quiet. A female working professional or student is preferred to take the master. The space is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with granite countertops. Included with the master bedroom is a private 1 car garage. There is a shared living room, kitchen, and balcony as well as a washer & dryer in-unit. The living room and rest of the apartment are furnished, but the master bedroom is not. The complex has a pool, jacuzzi, fitness center, clubhouse, and computer room. There are also walkways and bike trails connected to the Back Bay area. Located less than 1.1 miles from UCI, 1.9 miles from John Wayne airport, and 2.4 miles from Fashion Island. Rent for the master bedroom, bath, and garage is $2000 monthly, not including utility costs. Will be move in ready February 1st, but can be flexible. The current least expires in August 2023.
