We have built in closets, a large private patio, central heater, dishwasher, cable/Internet, etc. Good street parking where visitors can also park. The apartment complex also has a club house with amazing views of the back bay, 3 complete and large gym rooms, large heated pool, spa, BBQ area, the clubhouse offers plenty of space to work and enjoy gatherings. Utilities -PG&E are approximately $100 per month, which we’d split 2 ways. Water, sewage, Wi-Fi internet and parking are all included in rent!

Newport, on the corner of jamboree and San Joaquin hills. Easy access to fashion island and many restaurants and shops around here. the complex also offers a small Market and a deli, cleaners and even a hairdresser salon is also Available for residents . Lastly the complex features weekly food trucks and several high quality tennis courts for your enjoyment.

When:
Apartment will be available January 4 for a month/month lease. We would ideally like to have new roommate add on to the lease and sign by Jan 30th.
