Hi there! We are a married couple in our late 20s looking to host a tenant in our 5 bedroom home. We live with 3 female roommates all who are quiet, respectful, and mostly out of the house working. We are right off of the Oso exit which is very convenient for hopping on and off the 5 freeway! The house is almost 3000sqf and features abundant street parking, in-home laundry room, kitchen access, a family room space with a TV, and a backyard with beautiful hilltop/sunset views. Access to Lake Mission Viejo can be included for longer term guests. No smoking, drugs or overnight guests please. We value keeping a clean and peaceful home and hope to live with people who feel the same way. Two cats also make this house a home so please no pets or allergy sufferers! Room is an upstairs corner bedroom with two windows and recently updated shared bathroom. It is fully furnished!

Rent is $1200 monthly (utilities included in price) with a $1000 security deposit. We are open to shorter term renters (3 month minimum).
