I am looking for a FEMALE who is searching for a minimum one year lease of the room and private bathroom, in two bed two bathroom apartment, based in Dana Point within walking distance to the ocean. There is an old gentleman Shiba Inu dog, Russian blue cat, and 3 fish, so the new roommate must be ok with animals, they are the family.
The room is furnished with queen bed, storage, available TV, large across the wall closet, and has private entrance to the patio, where we have a little plant oasis and outdoor cinema screen for summer nights!
The apartments are situated in the lovely complex with two heated pools , tennis courts, pickleball courts, large plazma screen for sports and cabanas. It’s been 5 wonderful years here!
