Each apartment-mate has a stable job and steady income. We understand life happens, but the same should be expected of all applicants. I personally vouch that my fellow apartment-mates are great people, who can't wait to meet you!

You will be sharing a bathroom with a woman in her 20s. She is super accommodating and very friendly! Very clean. If you love anime, game of thrones, or cats, you will get along great! She has a very friendly and adorable cat, so please be cat friendly.

The other apartment-mate is a male in his 20s. He is usually not around, but also super friendly! He's respectful and lives in the room on the other side of the apartment.

This apartment is perfect for students or young adults solidifying their career. I personally am a law student and this apartment was perfect for late night studying and working remotely. I'm unfortunately moving away to Los Angeles for personal reasons, so I have to leave this lease.
