Larger size, carpeted room with mirrored closet doors. Private bathroom directly outside bedroom. Black-out curtains. Portable air conditioner unit in room.

$1500.00 per month (no credit cards- prefer cash or cashier check), $500.00 security deposit utilities included. No pets as I have 2 cats and a small dog that comes for a visit every 10 days for 3 nights (my boyfriend’s dog). My existing tenant of 2+ years moves out June 30th. He was a perfect roommate. Credit score and background check.
Cigarette smoking allowed on front patio. No marijuana.
