Great place to live. The house is in a gated community and has plenty of amenities like: pool, jacuzzi, tennis courts, pickleball and plenty of green areas.
I do like the house very clean and orderly. There will be just my self and the roommate living here.
No pets allowed. You have the house to be enjoyed and that means kitchen, living room, dining room and it has two patios. You will have included laundry room, gas, water, internet included in the rent. No smoking, drinking or sleepovers allowed.
