We are a quiet household looking for a professional or a student to rent a room in our home. The room is onehundred square feet and unfurnished, but we can provide a minifridge with freezer compartment. We have a dog and cat, both very friendly to humans but unfriendly to other animals (not dangerous, just grumpy about them).

Bathroom is shared with one male. KitchenLaundry privileges. The living room TV has cable and Roku.
