Large Comfortable Master Bedroom with ensuite Bath

I am looking to rent out the master bedroom in my home. It is a nice large room 154 sq feet, furnished with a king-size bed and dresser and has an updated master bathroom attached with a walk-in closet. The room has wooden floors and overlooks the pool area. There is actually enough room for 2 people, but that would have to be discussed and the price would be adjusted a bit for utilities and such. I do have a garage, but it couldn't fit a car- but could make space for some storage. However, street parking is very easy here andd I live in a nice quiet neighborhood close to walking trails and parks. I am looking for a professional and would like to have someone who is gone a lot. I don't want someone who works from home all the time. I live a quiet life and work myself most days. I have 2 friendly dogs and kids who come and visit me. My daugher will be attending university nearby so she will come home often at weekends. I am often out myself either with my dogs, at work or off hiking or going to the beach but I do like to be home and relax and cook.
