Room available for rent in Mission Viejo

Looking to fill a room at the house I'm currently renting. The lease would start May 1st but I need to find someone before the end of March. The landlord needs time to put the new person on the lease and I will be gone the first 2 weeks of April, so I need to find the person before then. You would be able to move in May 1st (maybe earlier given the circumstances) and the lease would go till April 31, 2026. The house is 4 bedroom with 2 bathrooms. The room available for rent would be sharing the hallway bathroom. The room is about 9.5x9.5ft and you would have to furnish it yourself. You would have access to all the common areas (which are already furnished), which includes: living room, garage, backyard with patio, large kitchen, and game room/den. Utilities are not included, and we would split them between the 4 of us (this would include water, electricity, trash, gas, and internet). We have high speed internet, so if you work from home we have good internet for that. We have a washer and dryer in the house, so you can easily do laundry here. We're also right by Saddleback college, so if you go there this would be a very close/convenient location. We'd prefer no pets...but this could be negotiable. Pets in cages are mostly fine, cats we would have to talk about, but the landlord does not currently want dogs. The other roommates and I are both male and working professionals, but we would welcome either male or female roommates (students or professionals). We're chill and don't make lots of noise. Parking is pretty open/great here. You would also be welcome to have overnight guests (within reason). I'd encourage you to come look at the house if you're interested (the roommate moving out at the end of this lease is in the process of moving out, but you could come check it out to get a sense of the space.
