Sober Roommate wanted

Do you love sobriety, dogs & cats and want an affordable rental? Great deal for a sober woman who LOVES dogs as I’ve cut standard room rent in exchange for help caring for them as home owner travels and can be out of town a couple of weeks each month. Looking for someone who is solidly sober and responsible; deeply loving to pets; capable of walking dogs occasionally; has a day job or activities that take them out of the house during the day (as I WFH when not traveling); lives a traditional schedule morning wake up and home at a reasonable hour; and is generally low maintenance and tidy and (fingers crossed) no drama. This is a house in Mission Viejo/Lake Forest border and you would be a warmly welcomed family member to three dogs 2 cats & homeowner with some days strung together. Hoping for someone to have a 3 month lease to start and see how it goes. This is great opportunity for someone looking to work off some of a traditional rent and have the stability of living in a nice house with all the appliances, comforts, etc. Note there is very little storage so hoping for someone who lives light. $1500/mo includes utilities.
