My husband, me, and our 2 kids occupy the home. We are looking to rent out a room to someone trustworthy. This is a home with young children, so there are toys and kid-related items in shared spaces. It’s an active but respectful household — not a party environment. Looking for someone who is comfortable living in a family setting and respects boundaries.

Access to laundry and kitchen. The living and family rooms are generally kept as private spaces for our household.
