Room for Rent – $1,250/month – El Toro Rd & Rockfield Blvd Area
We currently have two rooms available for rent in our quiet, safe, and family-oriented home. We're looking for responsible, respectful tenants who will contribute positively to the household environment.
One full bathroom for two separate tenants.

Ideal Tenant Profile
Working professional (age range: 20s to 50s)
No children living with them
Stable income (proof required via pay stub or W-2)
U. S. citizen or permanent resident (must provide valid ID)
Clean and respectful of shared spaces
Sleeps routine hours
No drug use or partying
No frequent overnight guests (max 2 nights/week for partners)

About the Home
Current residents: 4 total (3 immediate family members + 1 long-term tenant of 10 years)
Pet: One large, friendly dog – primarly outside
Environment: Quiet, safe, and respectful neighborhood
Parking: Available in the neighborhood, though not guaranteed directly in front of the house at night
