Your Room:
The bedroom for rent is super spacious (14 x 11.2) and has tons of closet space (4 sliding doors). Includes a private bathroom (with shower/bathtub) that is adjacent to your bedroom.

Your room has a door that leads to our spacious courtyard, where there is an outdoor furniture set with a fire pit, umbrella, French string-lighting, a lime tree, and an orange tree.

Common Areas: 
You will have full access to all common areas, including dining room and kitchen, with designated pantry/cabinet/fridge/freezer space. You’re welcome to use all pots, pans, dishware, silverware, and appliances, including an air fryer, Kurig, and mini Nespresso machine.

•Kitchen has a 3-door Samsung refrigerator
•Living room has a 65” Samsung 4K QLED TV
•Washer and Dryer
•Central air conditioning and heater

You'll have a permit for parking within the community. There are always plenty of spaces close by.

•I have 25 lb pug mix named Lola who is very sweet. She is dog friendly and people friendly.
•One additional small dog (30lbs max) is allowed with an additional $500 deposit (separate from the $500 security deposit)
