Your Room:
The bedroom for rent is super spacious (14 x 11.2) and has tons of closet space (4 sliding doors). Includes a private bathroom (with shower/bathtub) that is adjacent to your bedroom.

Your room has a door that leads to our spacious courtyard, where there is an outdoor furniture set with a fire pit, umbrella, French string-lighting, a lime tree, and an orange tree.

Common Areas: 
You will have full access to all common areas, including the kitchen, with designated pantry/cabinet/fridge space. You’re welcome to use all pots, pans, dishware, silverware, and appliances, including an air fryer and mini Nespresso machine.

•Kitchen has a 3-door Samsung refrigerator
•Living room has a 65” Samsung 4K QLED TV
•Washer and Dryer
•Central air conditioning and heater
•Access to community pool/hot tub

•I have 25 lb pug mix named Lola who is very sweet. She is dog friendly and people friendly.
