Condo in active SENIOR community

I have a furnished room in Laguna Woods (next to Laguna Beach) - a very active and very large SENIOR community. You must be at least 55 years old to live here. Golf, tennis, bridge, pickle ball, an 800 seat Performing Arts Theater and hundreds of clubs. We even have our own restaurant / bar overlooking the 27 hole golf course. It is very large - about 18,000. And about 2500 acres. Available on or before August 1. And to me this place is absolutely paradise. We call our neighborhood Mayberry. I am a retired female and I have a large dog. Dogs considered but NO CATS please. I have a condo which is a single family detached home. Private room and private bath. The room is not large, but there is also a den for your use for TV, computer, etc.

I enjoy playing bridge, travel, photography, birding and music (rock and roll and Broadway). And I watch most of the Los Angeles Dodgers games. If we sound like a match, please contact me and let me know why you feel we would be good roommates. I am not just trying to find anybody - I want to find a good match. I have become friends with many of my roommates. Would prefer a friend as opposed to ships passing in the night.
