I’m Federico, a licensed therapist who spends approximately nine months of the year living and working abroad, meaning I’m only home for about three months annually.

My roommate, Daniel, works full-time and is away from home most of the day. We both lead quiet, independent lives and don’t host parties or large gatherings. We value privacy, personal growth, responsibility, and maintaining a respectful, positive living environment. Occasional overnight visits from a partner (approximately once a week) are perfectly fine, but this is not a couples’ rental. 3. Absolutely NO DRAMA!
